Delivery Speed

Most orders are delivered within 30–60 minutes.

Many orders arrive sooner depending on location, traffic conditions and demand.

During busy periods, adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may occasionally be longer. If there is a significant delay, we will always do our best to keep you informed.

Age-Restricted Products

Challenge 25 applies to all age-restricted products.

If you appear under 25, our driver may request valid photo ID before handing over your order.

Age-restricted products cannot be delivered to unattended addresses or left in a safe place.

Where required, age verification checks may also be completed during the checkout process.
