Delivery Information

Fast local delivery across Falkirk. Glengro is Falkirk's Digital Corner Shop, delivering groceries, snacks, drinks, household essentials, pet supplies, vaping products and more directly to your door.

Delivery charges & minimum order

No service fees and no app fees. A small delivery charge applies to smaller orders, and delivery is free once you spend over our free-delivery threshold. Our current minimum order, delivery charge and free-delivery threshold are shown on our homepage and in your trolley, and the exact delivery charge is always shown at checkout before you pay. These can change from time to time, for example during promotions. The Scottish carrier bag charge applies to every order, including free-delivery orders, and is included in the delivery line at checkout.

Delivery area

We currently deliver across Falkirk, Camelon, Grangemouth, Polmont, Larbert, Stenhousemuir, Bonnybridge, Denny, Dunipace and Plean. Some outlying rural areas, such as Slamannan, aren't currently covered.

Check your postcode using the checker on our homepage. If your address isn't in our delivery area, delivery won't be available at checkout and no order can be placed.

Saturday & Sunday: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Delivery times

Most orders are delivered within 30–60 minutes. During busy periods, adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may occasionally take longer. If there's a significant delay, we'll do our best to keep you informed.

Ordering while we're closed? You can still place your order, and we'll deliver it as soon as we open.

Age-restricted products

Challenge 25 applies to all age-restricted products. If you appear under 25, our driver may request valid photo ID before handing over your order. Age-restricted products cannot be delivered to unattended addresses or left in a safe place. Where required, age verification checks may also be completed during checkout.
