Delivery Information
At Glengro, we don't believe in the hidden service fees or heavy surcharges found on big delivery apps. We provide a premium, local service from our Falkirk warehouse directly to your door at a fair price.
1. Our Two Delivery Services
⚡ Express Delivery — In-stock essentials delivered within 30–60 minutes of ordering during opening hours. Ordering while we're closed? Pre-order a slot and we'll deliver as soon as we open.
📦 Next Day Delivery — A much wider range, including bulk-pack savings. Order by 10:00 PM and choose your delivery slot for the next opening day. Next Day items are sourced fresh from our wholesaler each morning and are subject to availability — if anything is unavailable, we'll contact you about a substitution or refund that line.
2. Opening Hours
- Monday – Friday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Saturday – Sunday: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Last orders 10:00 PM. Deliveries from the final slot may arrive up to 11:00 PM.
3. Simple, Transparent Pricing (No Service Fees!)
The price you see is exactly what you pay at checkout — nothing is added on top.

Orders under £10 include a £3.00 delivery fee and a £0.25 bag & packing fee, which covers the mandatory Scottish carrier bag charge plus packing materials and handling.
4. Our Delivery Area
To keep our service fast, we strictly deliver to the following postcode districts:
- Core Falkirk: FK1, FK2
- Grangemouth: FK3
- Bonnybridge: FK4
- Larbert & Stenhousemuir: FK5
- Denny & Dunipace: FK6 5, FK6 6
- Plean: FK7 8
Postcode check: if your postcode is not covered, our system will notify you at checkout and no order can be placed.
5. The Glengro Speed Promise
- Express target: most orders delivered within 30–60 minutes; many arrive sooner depending on location and demand.
- Next Day: delivered in your chosen one-hour slot the next opening day.
- Peak times: during busy periods, adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may occasionally take longer. If there's a significant delay, we'll always keep you informed.
6. Safety & Age Verification (Challenge 25)
Because we deliver age-restricted items, we take our legal responsibilities seriously.
- ID required: if you look under 25, our driver will ask for valid photo ID (driving licence or passport). No ID, no delivery.
- Recipient required: an adult must be present to accept the delivery. We cannot leave orders in "safe places" or unattended.
- Failed deliveries: if a delivery fails because no one is home or valid ID cannot be produced, we will refund the cost of your items, but the delivery fee will be retained to cover the driver's time and fuel.
