At Glengro, we don't believe in the hidden service fees or heavy surcharges found on big delivery apps. We provide a premium, local service from our Falkirk warehouse directly to your door at a fair price.

1. Simple, Tiered Pricing (No Service Fees!)

We keep our pricing transparent. The price you see in the table below is exactly what you pay at checkout—nothing is added on top.

Note: A 25p Bag & Packaging Fee is applied to all deliveries. This includes the mandatory Scottish carrier bag charge and covers our general packing and handling costs.

2. Our Delivery Area

To ensure the fastest possible service, we strictly deliver to the following postcode districts within the Falkirk area:

  • Core Falkirk: FK1, FK2
  • Grangemouth: FK3
  • Bonnybridge: FK4
  • Larbert & Stenhousemuir: FK5
  • Denny & Dunipace: FK6 5, FK6 6
  • Plean: FK7 8

Postcode Check: If your postcode is not listed above, our system will notify you at the checkout stage.

3. The Glengro Speed Promise

We pride ourselves on getting your essentials to you quickly and reliably.

  • Operating Hours: 7 Days a Week, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
  • Same-Day Delivery: All orders placed before 9:00 PM are delivered the same day.
  • Target Delivery Time: We aim to deliver most orders within 30 to 60 minutes.
  • Peak Times: Please allow longer delivery times during peak periods or due to any unforeseen circumstances (such as adverse weather or roadworks). We will always keep you updated if there is a significant delay.

4. Safety & Age Verification (Challenge 25)

Because we deliver age-restricted items, we take our legal responsibilities seriously.

  • ID Required: If you look under 25, our driver will ask for a valid photo ID (Driver’s Licence or Passport). No ID, No Delivery.
  • Recipient Required: An adult must be present to accept the delivery. We cannot leave orders in "Safe Places" or unattended.
  • Failed Deliveries: If a delivery fails because no one is home or a valid ID cannot be produced, we will refund the cost of your items, but the delivery fee will be retained to cover the driver’s time and fuel.
