Your Own Vehicle: Car, van, or scooter in good working condition.

Documentation: Valid UK Driving License and Hire & Reward (H&R) insurance.

Right to Work: Proof of legal right to work in the UK (Passport or Share Code).

Compliance: A commitment to our Challenge 25 policy for age-restricted items.

 

Our Commitment to Responsible Delivery

At Glengro, we take the law seriously. All drivers must adhere to the Challenge 25 Policy for every order containing Tobacco, Vapes, or Alcohol.

The Challenge 25 Rules:

Assess Every Customer: If a customer looks under 25, you must ask for a valid, physical ID.

Verify Age: The customer must be at least 18 years old. Check the birth year on the ID carefully.

Acceptable ID: We only accept a valid UK Driving License, a physical Passport, or a PASS-accredited proof of age card. Photos of ID on phones are never accepted.

No ID, No Sale: If the customer cannot provide ID, or appears intoxicated, you must Refuse the delivery, mark it as 'Refused' in the Shipday app, and return the items to the warehouse immediately.

Note: To securely upload your ID and Insurance documents, you must be signed into a Google/Gmail account. If you do not have one, it takes 2 minutes to create.
